The House:
Built
in 1918 it has all the character and charm of a house you would expect from
that era. It is about 3,000 square feet
and is absolutely beautiful. I guarantee
that once you walk through the front door you will never want to leave. There are hardwood floors throughout except
for tile in the kitchen & bathrooms.
There is room for some furniture if you have it. The common rooms are as follows and will be
shared amongst by all:

parties with friends. French doors close

1. The Downstairs Deluxe - $2250 per
month INCLUDES UTILITIES: (1st
month plus $2250 Security Deposit due upon move in.) A sublease will be signed between us.
Move in Date: September 1st
These rooms take up about a third of the
downstairs. The larger room is (13 ½ x 12 ½). The
adjacent room is (9 x 11). The bathroom is adjacent
to the smaller room. Lots of light! This room also comes
with a mini library - books on shelving on each wall of the larger room just
below the ceiling (see photos.)

utilities are included in your rent. We
strive towards energy efficiency! They

Pets: Will consider dogs. We're just down the street from two dog parks!

Summary: Cool, normal and respectful people who get along
well with others. If you know that you skew far to the right or left you
may want to look elsewhere. But we can talk about all of this stuff when
we meet. Everyone living here is open-minded so all colors &
persuasions are welcome.

Neighborhood:
We are located just between Sunset Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd. about 5 blocks east of Fairfax Ave in a historical neighborhood known as Sunset Square. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of families and people who walk dogs. Runyan Canyon is an eight minute jog from the front door. We are 5-10 minutes from the 101 Freeway. 5 minutes from Hollywood & Highland. 5-10 minutes from The Grove and shopping on Melrose Ave. The Sunset Strip is just down the street. The TCL Chinese Theater, Landmark Theatres Sunset and AMC at the Grove are five-ten minute drives. It's literally a perfect location just on the border of Hollywood and West Hollywood. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops around the corner as well as plenty of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive or 10-20 minutes walk (Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Ralphs and Bristol Farms.)

2 guys and a gal. We re all friendly, respectful and easy to
get along with. Pretty upbeat/happy
group.

housemate from Santa Clarita who works in jewelry/merchandising.

are four bedrooms in the house for a total of 4 housemates.
